New Horizon Baptist Fellowship has accepted the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 as our doctrinal statement.  We believe the Bible to be without error and teach Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of woman, lived a perfect life, died on a cross for our sin, placed in a borrowed tomb, rose from the grave on the third day, ascended to the Father after being seen by the twelve and over five hundred people, and one day is coming again as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.  We believe when He returns, He will receive His church which are those who have trusted Him and received Him as Lord and Savior of their lives.  We believe a person must be saved and follow in believers baptism before becoming part of a local congregation.  We also believe it is possible to be a Southern Baptist and be excited and enthusiastic about having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  God has saved us and has not ruined us!  You will find New Horizon a celebrative church that lifts up Jesus in praise and worship, culturally diverse in our fellowship and centrally focused on Christ, our only hope.
